New international acquisition for Gi Group: Grafton Recruitment

The Group founded and led by Stefano Colli-Lanzi has completed the acquisition of Grafton Recruitment, one of the main European suppliers of permanent recruitment solutions & temporary staffing with a consolidated presence in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.
Milan, September 28th, 2018 – A new milestone for the empowerment of the global network of Gi Group as well as the diversification of HR services of the Group. This is how the first Italian multinational company operating in the HR sector has presented the acquisition of Grafton Recruitment, a company which is one of the main leaders in Central Europe in the sector of the research and selection of Professionals and temporary staffing, with more than 35 years of experience.
Grafton Recruitment is present with 26 offices in Europe, with over 350 employees and 9.000 candidates placed in 2017. The transaction will enable Gi Group to own 100% of the corporate capital of Grafton Recruitment Europe Holdings Limited, so becoming one of the leading players in the permanent & temporary staffing in a strategic area for the Group.
